Access: Private: Unfenced from Arisdale Avenue, some de facto public access

Summary: The site contains flower rich brownfield, some sandy exposures and banks, Horse grazed grassland, wet woodland, Phragmites reedbed and open water. Description: Reason for interest: There are areas of high plant and habitat diversity, south facing exposures, sparsely vegetated areas as well as wet woodland and Salix species.
