Clouded Yellow (Colias croceus) flitting about amongst new plantation of native trees/shrubby area containing Birds-foot trefoil (Lotus corniculatus ), Oxeye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare ) and Tufted vetch (Vicia cracca). [TQ 633 959]
Possibly seeking site to lay eggs?
Also spotted: Bullfinch [TQ 637 960], Kingfisher [TQ 635 962] , Banded demoiselle [TQ 636 961] and Common Spotted Orchid but as only one I have not posted the ref. |
