residences or public-houses for which high rentals are paid, such houses having only half an acre or an acre of land attached thereto. It is manifestly wrong to estimate the number of cattle to be turned out according to the rental of houses of those classes. In such cases the Reeves must be guided solely by the extent of land attached to the respective houses, the owners of which are claiming to turn out cattle, and not take into con- sideration the question of rental only.
