Walthamstow Marshes, drainage ditch along northern margin of the marshes, plentiful and largely exhibiting the longibracteata expression. August 2003. Same site as recorded in 1986. KJA. Aldham, nr. Colchester, small pond in north east corner of Hoe Wood, in small quantity with C vulgaris. Cortex with prominent primary rows giving ribbed appearance to axes, spine cells not developed into spines, stipulodes a single row of hemispherical bumps.
