EFC Centre at Wat Tyler Country ParkOur centre is available for visits on a pre-booked basis on Wednesdays between 10am - 4pm. The Club’s activities and displays are also usually open to the public on the first Saturday of the month 11am - 4pm.

In February 1973, G.R. Ward collected London Clay fossils from a spoil heap from a site investigation borehole outside No. 26, Hunter Avenue, Shenfield. A total of 14 species of fossils were found and deposited with the Passmore Edwards Museum. The fossils are now part of the Essex Field Clubs collection.
