Orders can only be accepted if accompanied by payment in full. Your card will be charged when the goods are dispatched.
In the unlikely event that the item you purchase is faulty the Essex Field Club will happily issue a replacement or refund provided the item is returned within 28 days. Where an item is being returned to us due to a fault in its manufacture, or the item has been damaged during our possession, we will cover all postage charges.
Should you wish to cancel any order for an item you have placed with us please contact and, provided it has not been dispatched, a refund will be issued, less our administrative costs. If you change your mind after dispatch, goods must be returned to us unopened and in perfect condition, within 10 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for paying all returns costs for cancelled orders. Refunds, less our administrative costs, will only be offered. Please purchase carefully.
If an exceptional amount has been entered as a donation by mistake, the donation can be refunded less any charges incurred by the Essex Field Club. In this event please contact us a.s.a.p.
If you have ordered publications or other goods they will only be dispatched on confirmation or receipt of payment and will be dispatched within 10 days. They will be dispatched by second class Royal Mail unless otherwise requested.
If an item is out of stock we will issue a full refund.
