EFC Centre at Wat Tyler Country ParkOur centre is available for visits on a pre-booked basis on Wednesdays between 10am - 4pm. The Club’s activities and displays are also usually open to the public on the first Saturday of the month 11am - 4pm.

Sarsen stone found at Goldsands Road Pit, Southminster in 2008. (see separate site entry for Goldsands Road Pit)

The stone is beautifully mammillated and unworn, despite having been brought to this spot from the North Downs of Kent in the gravels of the River Medway.

The current location of this stone is unknown. It was to be donated to Burnham-on-Crouch Museum.
