10:30-15:00 | Carver Barracks, Debden. This is a large tract of calcareous grassland which always seems to bring up surprising species.
There are planted copses and an ancient wet woodland as well as a tract of heathland, water bodies and scrub.
Please wear suitable clothing. the Met Office have a recording station at Elder Street, Wimbish and can be accessed via their app and website.
Bring packed lunch. There are picnic tables and a compostable toilet in the Woodland Walk.
